Have you been looking for the key to lasting change. The magic that works even when you don’t want to.

Us humans are inherently lazy beings, we are driven by routine and find comfort in the known.

Each day we wake and often repeat the same series of small actions over and over – be they helpful or not.

To take steps towards our goals, to change our lives we need to change these actions – our habits.

Which is easier said than done.

And this is why we continue to do the same thing day in day out, achieving the same result when we know we want change.

AND THIS IS WHY I SAY – CHOOSE THE ONE THING THAT IS OF THE HIGHEST PRIORITY TO YOU AND FOCUS ALL YOUR ENERGY ON THIS!!

So what is the tangible advice you need to make this happen

  1. Ask yourself what is the most important thing you want to change in your life?
  2. What is the ONE action that you can take now to move yourself towards this change?
  3. Ask yourself – what is holding you back from making this change? what are all the things keeping you stuck, holding you back? what are the challenges that may arise?
  4. Now, prove yourself wrong – to each of these points write down the truth, write down how you can break through these challenges.
  5. PLAN PLAN PLAN – what are all the baby steps that make up your habit you are wanting to change. E.g. if your wanting to uplevel your breakfast to kick start your day – you might choose a green smoothie – get all your ingredients, order your protein. Test the recipe to find one you love – now the night before, make your smoothie so you are all ready to go in the morning and it is EASY to make the choice you are wanting to.
  6. And now go for it – and reward yourself as you go!
